Integration with the Online Program The FEIER Garden
For many leaders, daily life lacks meaningful rituals. The Online Program The FEIER Garden will support, exclusively for participants of a FEIER Program, with integral and continuous support. The Garden consist of the latest stories and a library on leadership, offering protocols on a healthy and mindful way of living and ample exercises to deepen meditation and breathwork practices. This way the lessons learned can be integrated back home.
The science-based FEIER Cycle method takes leaders through a 4-step process to ignite new insight for lasting growth.
For leaders seeking a personal experience, the FEIER Executive Private Retreat Programs offers a fully customized journey with one-on-one guidance. This program includes several options for depth and intensity.
Initiation Program
Designed for first-time participants, this program provides 1 full FEIER Cycle to introduce leaders to the transformative power of ceremony. Clients often return for a Deepening Program to expand on their initial insights.
Trinity Program
For those seeking sustained transformation, the Trinity Program spans 6 to 9 months and includes 3 FEIER Cycles, each designed to build on the last. It offers long-term growth through meaningful, cumulative progress.
Master Program
The Master Program is for those eager to explore the full potential of retreat work. Featuring 5 or more individual retreats, this program is tailored to meet each leader’s unique needs and life growth objectives.

3-day Signature Retreat
Held seasonally, this exclusive 3-day retreat provides an immersive experience through two FEIER Cycles in breathtaking natural settings. With guidance from the FEIER team, participants embark on their growth journey. Retreats are held in the Netherlands during spring and summer, and in Portugal and Jamaica during autumn and winter.
YPO Forum Retreat
For YPO members, FEIER provides customized Forum retreat Programs. Programs last from 1-day to a full 3-day ceremonial Forum Retreat. These retreats inspire breakthroughs within the trusted circle of like-minded leaders for a next level of growth.

New Signature Retreat Program in Jamaica 2026
After a prelimenary visit in 2024 new plans are in the making to host the FEIER Retreat Program 2026 in Jamaica. The mystical sounds of Bob Marley still roam through the skies. Combined with the deep blue seas and swaying palm trees this Retreat will bring a next level of well being and leadership exploration.
The Forests and Dunes of the Netherlands
In the Netherlands, FEIER retreats unfold between the peaceful forests of the Veluwe and the open expanse of the sea and dunes of the Dutch North Sea. Many of the private Retreat Programs, and the Signature Retreat Program are held in the Netherlands.
The Wild South-West Coast of Portugal
During the summer of 2025, the Signature Retreat Program with 15 participants was held on the wild coast of the Western Algarve in Portugal. The people of the Retreat location understand the work we do well and made the experience unforgetteable. With crisp blue skies during the day and warm red sunsets this place is one of FEIER's favorites for Retreat work. New plans for 2026 for a Signature Retreat are in the making.
The Serenity of the Island of Ibiza
In 2025 Retreat work was held on the beautiful, quiet North Coast of Ibiza. The serenity and calm vibes made a great cocktail for deeper work with group coaching, understanding family patterns better and ceremonial breathwork.
Mykonos & Mythical Greece
In 2025 the first curated Retreat was held on the Islands of Mykonos and Tinos, two Islands of the mystical Cyclades. After the Retreat a personal pilgrimage was done to the important place of Greece Antiquity, the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, and the Mysteries of Eulesis where Plato, Artistotle and Cicero experienced - probably - one of the first known ceremonies.
Strength of the Swiss Alps
In 2024 a curated private retreat was held in front of the Matterhorn. In a strong collective group the boundaries of executive growth was explored. A country we hope to return to soon.
