Igniting Leadership, Celebrating Transformation
Psychodynamic Approach
FEIER’s coaching explores the foundational behaviors and beliefs shaping each leader’s identity. By examining past experiences on both conscious and subconscious levels, leaders gain a profound understanding of their unique “blueprint” and the needs driving their actions. This self-awareness forms the foundation for genuine, lasting transformation.
Integral Vision with the PRS Model
Building on the psychodynamic foundation, FEIER introduces the PRS model, which examines three core areas: personal identity, the roles we assume, and the systems we operate within. This comprehensive perspective enables leaders to understand the dynamic interplay between who they are, the roles they fulfill, and the broader environments in which they live and work. The PRS model offers a holistic view that empowers leaders to authentically navigate complex relationships and systems with greater insight and purpose.
The Royal Roads Through the Subconscious
We use symbols and metaphors to access deeper layers of the psyche. One of our core metaphors is the Iceberg: the visible portion above the water represents our conscious behaviors, while the vast, hidden portion below embodies our subconscious mind. By using the so-called royal roads we explore the data under water. The main royal roads we use are coaching, meditation, breathwork and ceremony work. This way we discover the deeper parts of ourselves for positive change.

A Journey of Leadership Transformation
FEIER’s methodology blends scientific rigor with timeless wisdom, grounding each leader’s journey in measurable insight and meaningful growth. Through this dual approach, leaders navigate both the tangible and intangible aspects of transformation, cultivating a growth mindset. The FEIER Cycle Method ultimately empowers leaders to unlock their fullest potential and achieve lasting, positive change.

The Intention
In the Intention Phase, leaders prepare for the journey ahead and explore the main question about what they hope to achieve and learn in a FEIER Program. The coaching is focused on the fundamental patterns and identifies the program's main theme.

The Liminal space
In the period following the Ignition phase opening up new insights, leaders navigate an “in-between” space where the old and new coexist. Through inner work and reflection, they nurture emerging aspects of their evolving self, guided by insights and supportive tools. Equipped with fresh insights, leaders make impactful decisions, whether adopting new habits or embarking on significant life changes. In the end, this becomes a phase of focus and commitment, where transformation becomes real through action.

Celebrating transformation
Leaders embrace the joy of growth, integrating their journey without judgment and with honesty. This phase signifies a readiness for future transformation, as they carry forward the wisdom gained. This last phase anchors trust for the future; it releases the last tensions and creates a foundation for a future new growth cycle. When we feel gratitude about our growth, and we celebrate we understand the beauty of life better.
